The latest closing date is Nov 30th, but it should be mine way before that. :)
Depends on how long it takes to do all the paper work and for them to put a new roof on it(yes, you can tell in the pics how awful the roof is)
Its a 3 bedroom, 2 car garage, garage door opener, new hot water tank, new central air and heat, new carpet, net paint, privacy fence, gas range, garbage disposal, dishwasher, a ton of storage space(pantry/cabinets all over the kitchen, shelving, walk-in closets, linen closet, etc), bathroom has a new one-piece tub/shower unit with shelves built-in along with handles to help get out of deep tub, celing fan and recessed lighting on seperate dimmers in living room, bay window in master bedroom, washer/dryer hookups in garage(with closable vent for supplying a/c to the garage), spacious storage room in attic, cabinets in garage, covered porch in back yard, guttering, corner kitchen sink, less than a block from a park with walking trail, gas yard light. Uhm, am I missing anything? Just needs trees, flowers, and other plants...maybe a swing on the porch, some concrete repair on the driveway in, and my furniture. Its not very big, but the area is nice and its comfy.
