Isz's created 10-04-03, a little too big, but both only took a day to make and without making any template(eye balled everything)

Mask mold created 10-08-03, modeling clay on top of a rubber skull purchased from Garden Ridge earlier in the day. The skull was then coated in jelly, then a ice cooler with some bubble wrap at the bottom to take up space, then two trash bags put on the inside with all the air taken out. Then shoved two knives into the rubber skulls to hold up the cooler. After balancing, mixed up three whole big things of plaster of paris and poured then reached under and made sure that there where no air pockets by the eyes and as it cured, I formed it more around the mask. The next morning, I squeezed the rubber skull and it popped right out from the clay, then dug a hole in the clay until I got to plaster and the rest of the clay peeled right off. Chipped off any loose pieces of plaster into the bag and then removed the mold from the trash bag. Now I'll let it sit for a few days to make sure its fully cured.

Mold release applied to mold, foam latex mixed up, poured into mold on bbq, then bbq for 3 hours
